Abstract: Apert syndrome, an autosomal dominant disorder marked by craniosynostosis, midface hypoplasia, and syndactyly, typically necessitates early surgical intervention to mitigate intracranial pressure complications and craniofacial deformities(1,2). Here, we detail the unique anesthetic management of an 8-month-old Pakistani infant undergoing staged craniosynostosis repair amidst geopolitical tensions affecting healthcare logistics between India and Pakistan.
